CRFR2-null mice exhibit increased anxiety-like behaviour 48 hours after ARS in the OF test. Under basal conditions (A), immediately following ARS (B), or after CVMS (C), no differences were observed in behaviour between CRFR2-null mice and controls. However, when CVMS mice (D) or naïve mice (E) were exposed to ARS and tested 24 to 48 h later, CRFR2-null mice showed increased anxiety-like behaviour compared with control mice.
